Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. corn meal mix
1 can cream-style corn
1/2 c. jalapeno peppers
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 large grated onion
2 1/2 c. milk
3 beaten eggs
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. garlic juice

Preparation

Mix all
ingredients
together
and
bake at 450\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
Makes a 9 x 13-inch pan full.
