Chicken Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 1/2 c. cold boiled rice
    2 c. plain stewed tomatoes
    3 stalks chopped fine celery
    2 medium to large onions, chopped fine
    1 large sweet green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    few grains nutmeg
    1 bag buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine chicken and rice.
    Mix into this the stewed tomatoes. Cook over low heat for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Toss in the cut celery, onions and green pepper.
    Cook over low heat another 10 minutes. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Grease a baking dish and pour mixture into it; liberally cover the top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake for 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    If top gets brown, cover with foil.
    Serves 6.
