Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken, cut for stir-fry
    2 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3/4 c. chicken bouillon
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. frozen Chinese pea pods
    1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. red bell pepper strips
    1 medium onion, cut in wedges
    1 c. slivered almonds or pecans
Preparation
    Toss chicken with 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce; set aside. Combine bouillon with cornstarch and remaining soy sauce; mix well.
    Prepare vegetables.
