Easy Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. rice
chicken pieces
1 can creamy onion soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cans water
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt margarine in casserole dish, approximately 10 x 10-inch.
Sprinkle rice evenly in bottom of dish.
(Rice can be boiled for a few minutes before putting in casserole dish to assure tenderness.)
Salt and pepper chicken pieces to taste and place over rice.
Mix water with soups; pour over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0, covered.
Remove cover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
