Ginger-Garlic "Chicken" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. chicken broth or 1 chicken cube mixed with 1/3 c. hot water
    1/3 c. minced fresh ginger root
    4 small cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dark sesame oil
    3/4 balsamic or white vinegar
    1 lb. fry chix
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce and next 6 ingredients into an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Add chix, turning to coat; cover and refrigerate 2 hours (turning occasionally).
    Remove chix from marinade.
    Place marinated chix on lightly greased cookie sheet or pan.
    Broil 7 minutes on each side or until done.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
