Oysters Rockefeller - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bags fresh spinach
    1 large onion
    3 or 4 or more garlic cloves, finely cut to taste
    1 bunch fresh parsley
    3/4 to 1 lb. melted butter
    about 3 c. crushed crackers
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. Romano cheese
    2 pt. or 1/2 gal. can oysters (about 120 oysters)
Preparation
    Remove stems from spinach; process spinach in food processor until fine.
    Process onion, garlic and parsley.
    Put in a large bowl and add melted butter, crushed crackers and cheeses.
    Mix well until nice and thick.
    Put in refrigerator to set up.
