Reduced Fat Peanut Butter Cocoa Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Peter Pan Smart Choice reduced fat peanut butter
    3/4 c. sugar, divided
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    In a small saucepan melt peanut butter over low heat, stirring constantly; set aside to cool.
    In a small bowl mix together 1/4 cup sugar and cocoa powder; set aside.
    In large mixer bowl beat egg whites and vanilla until soft peaks form.
    Gradually add 1/2 cup sugar, beating until soft peaks form.
    Fold in the peanut butter, cocoa mixture, coconut and raisins.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until set.
    Remove and cool completely on wire racks.
    Makes 2 dozen cookies.
