1 Meal Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. or 1 head lettuce, shredded to serve
2 or 3 tomatoes, wedged
2 large cucumbers
1/2 c. radishes
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 celery stalk, diced
1 bunch green onions, diced
1 bell pepper, wedged
1/2 small jar hot green peppers
1 pkg. smoked or regular wieners, diced
1 c. cauliflower
sweet or dill pickles, diced
Preparation

Mix together ingredients.
Let set in refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours for flavors to mix together and set; no salad dressing is needed.
