Crawfish Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crawfish, boiled, cleaned and chopped
    4 c. fine shredded cabbage
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Refrigerate for 3 hours.
    Eat and enjoy.
    Serves 8.
