Cheesy Crescents - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
8 oz. shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 large egg
1 Tbsp. water
sesame or poppy seeds
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0, or according to package directions. Separate dough into sixteen triangles. Sprinkle each with about 2 tablespoons of the cheese. Roll up tightly, starting at the shortest side of the triangle. Place pointed end down on an ungreased baking sheet, curve slightly to form a crescent. In a small bowl, beat egg and water. Brush over top of crescents. Sprinkle with seeds. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Serve warm.
