Coconut Pecan Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

In a medium saucepan lightly beat egg. Stir in milk, sugar, and butter. Cook and stir over medium heat about 12 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in coconut and pecans. Cover and cool thoroughly.
