Salmon Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can salmon
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    2 drops hot sauce
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Drain liquid from salmon and add enough water or milk to make 1/4 cup.
    Bake empty crust 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Combine ingredients and put in crust, reduce temperature to 325\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes.
