Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 to 16 oz. fresh cranberries, ground
    juice squeezed from 2 oranges
    rind of 2 oranges, grated
    1 c. ground, peeled apples
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in just enough boiling water to make a paste (1 to 2 tablespoons).
    Mix all other ingredients, except the sugar, into the paste.
    Measure the resulting mixture and add 1 cup sugar for every 1 1/2 cups of mixture.
    Top with garnish (pecans).
