Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Uncle Ben's converted long grain rice (uncooked)
    5 Tbsp. peanut oil
    2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 eggs
    1 c. green onions
    3 Tbsp. chicken broth
Preparation
    Cook rice according to box directions.
    Scramble eggs in 2 tablespoons of peanut oil and set aside.
    On medium heat, heat 3 tablespoons of peanut oil; add rice.
    Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Add chicken broth, onions, soy sauce, pepper, eggs and sesame oil.
    Continue stirring for 5 minutes.
    You may add chicken or pork.
