Hamburger Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger (ground chuck)
1 onion, diced
1 c. diced potatoes
1 c. diced carrots
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 qt. canned tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 qt. water or tomato juice
Preparation

Lightly brown hamburger and onion in heavy skillet or kettle. Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer at least 1 hour.
