Marilyn'S Brown Eyed Susans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Parkay margarine
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. almond extract
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream the margarine.
    Add the sugar, almond extract, flour and salt.
    Roll level tablespoons of this mixture into balls.
    Place on a greased cookie sheet and flatten lightly.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes, after 5 to 10 minutes turn over and finish baking.
    When cool, frost with chocolate icing.
