Eastbrook Cherry Or Apple Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cherry or apple pie filling (1 lb. 6 oz.)
    1/2 pkg. yellow or lemon cake mix
    1/4 lb. butter, melted
Preparation
    Put pie filling into an 8 or 9-inch square pan.
    Spread cake mix over it and sprinkle with melted butter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0, uncovered, until very brown and dusky, for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
