Turkey Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. turkey tenderloin
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 c. minced onion
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Dip turkey in egg and bread crumbs.
    Fry slowly in oil. Arrange in baking dish.
    Sprinkle onion and cover with tomato sauce.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with cheese and bake additional 10 minutes.
