Crunchy Sugar Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1/2 c. orange juice (sub with rum or whiskey)
    2 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. nuts, finely chopped
Preparation
    Melt chocolate pieces over hot (not boiling) water.
    From heat, add corn syrup and orange juice; combine the vanilla wafers, powdered sugar and nuts.
    Add to chocolate mixture and mix well. Let stand about 30 minutes.
    Then form into 1 inch balls and roll in granulated sugar.
    Refrigerate.
