Blue Cheese Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    6 oz. pkg. Blue cheese
    1 small clove garlic or 1/8 tsp.
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper
    3/4 c. white wine
    1/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Combine first seven ingredients plus 1/2 cup wine.
    Shape into bite size balls; brown on all sides.
    Drain on paper towels. Place in shallow casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes. Just heat and serve.
    If frozen, heat 1/2 cup wine and pour over top before baking.
