Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. potatoes
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. heavy cream, gently warmed
Preparation

Peel potatoes and cut into small pieces.
Fill a large mixing bowl with cold water.
Place potatoes in water until ready to cook. Set aside.
