Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 tsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 sq. Baker's unsweetened chocolate
Preparation

Mix sugar, salt, cornstarch and flour in a saucepan.
Stir in milk.
Add slightly beaten egg yolks.
Add squares of Baker's unsweetened chocolate.
Stir and cook until mixture thickens. Blend in margarine and vanilla.
Cool.
Pour into baked pie shell. Finish with meringue.
