Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 stick soft butter or margarine
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. salt
48 pecan halves
Preparation

Mix together well all ingredients, except pecans.
Shape one teaspoon dough around each pecan and place each ball on cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
They should be cooked just until a light golden color.
Makes 48.
