Kiflins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    3/4 lb. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. almonds, ground fine (do not remove skins)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
    Add vanilla and beat.
    Add almonds and mix well.
    Add flour and mix well. Roll dough into little balls the size of first finger.
    Form into a crescent shape.
    Lay on ungreased baking sheet so they do not touch.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    These cookies will be white so do not bake any longer.
    While cookies are still warm, roll into powdered sugar.
