Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    1 large carton cottage cheese
    1 large carton Cool Whip
    1 pkg. lime jello (3 oz.)
    green food coloring
Preparation
    Heat
    juice of pineapple and when hot dissolve jello in it. Add
    pineapple and mix.
    Let stand in refrigerator for 35 minutes. Remove
    and
    add cottage cheese.
    Mix well, then add Cool Whip. Mix
    well
    and
    add
    four
    drops of food coloring. Whip by
    hand. Replace in refrigerator and leave for 4 hours. Cover while chilling.
    This makes a large salad.
