Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sliced pineapple
    lettuce
    maraschino cherries
    sharp cheese
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Drain small can pineapple well. Wash lettuce. Drain. Using a large platter, start by placing leaves of lettuce in platter. Place pineapple rings around on top of lettuce. Place grated sharp cheese in middle of each pineapple. Place a little mayonnaise on top of cheese. Place a drained maraschino cherry on top. Cover and chill well. Makes a great lite dessert.
