Cloud 9 Meringue Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large egg whites
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    2/3 c. regular sugar
    6 oz. pkg. chopped chocolate bits
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. creame de menthe
    1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
    4 or 5 drops green food coloring
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat egg whites and cream of tartar with electric mixer until they do not slide when bowl is tilted.
    Add sugar 1 tablespoon at a time, beating constantly.
    Beat 1 minute more after all sugar is in.
    Fold gently the remaining ingredients. Drop by large teaspoon on foil lined sheet.
    Put in oven and turn off heat.
    Leave overnight or 3 hours.
