Never Fail Pie Crust(Four 9-Inch Crusts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/3 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    5 Tbsp. cold water
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and Crisco with pastry blender or knives until fine and crumbly.
    Beat egg, water and vinegar together; work into dry mix; may need a few more drops water.
    Form into 4 balls. Freezes well.
