Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box powdered sugar
1 jar peanut butter
1 medium potato
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Preparation

Boil and mash potato. Mix potato with sugar. Roll mixture out flat. Spread peanut butter onto mixture. Add pecans.
Roll into shape of a log. Cool. Cut and enjoy!
