Sesame Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken breasts
    1 tsp. parsley
    tarragon
    thyme
    bay leaves
    salt and ground pepper
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    3/4 c. toasted sesame seed
    1/3 c. parsley
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Arrange chicken in a bowl and marinate with buttermilk, salt, pepper, parsley, tarragon, thyme and crushed bay leaves for 2 to 3 hours.
    Mix in a bowl, sesame seed, parsley and bread crumbs. Roll chicken pieces in bread crumb mixture and arrange in a shallow baking dish.
    Bake the chicken at 350\u00b0, basting with 4 tablespoons melted butter until it is golden brown and done, 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serve immediately or cool to room temperature before eating.
