Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    No. 1 can red salmon
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 tsp. finely chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Remove all skin and bones from salmon.
    Blend all ingredients. Form a ball.
    Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
