Feta Cheese Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Feta cheese
    4 oz. softened butter
    caraway seed
    1 1/2 c. flour
    cayenne to taste
Preparation
    Knead cheese with flour, butter and cayenne for about 15 minutes.
    (Dough should be soft but not sticky.)
    Roll dough into rectangular shape and cut into 5 x 12-inch strips.
    Twist as in cheese straws.
    Place on cookie sheets.
    Brush cheese sticks with beaten egg whites and sprinkle with caraway seed.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
