Pasta Perfects - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 large box pasta (any type), cooked al dente
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 (12-inch) smoked sausage, thinly sliced
    1 c. sliced red onion
    1 c. sliced green onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Cook sausage until browned.
    Remove to plate and clean grease from pan.
    Add butter to pan.
    When melted, saute onion, green pepper and garlic until crisp-tender.
    Add cream and cook until reduced and thickened.
    Add pasta, salt and pepper and toss to mix.
    Add Parmesan cheese and toss.
    Serve with more cheese on top; crusty bread and Chianti.
