Asian Burritos - cooking recipe

1 pkg. circle-shaped rice wrappers
1 pkg. Oriental rice noodles
favorite toppings
Preparation

In a pot, bring enough water to cover noodles to boil. Soak noodles in hot water until tender. Rinse with cold water. Soak rice wrappers in water one at a time on a plate until soft, about 1 minute. Drain off water. Place on the wrapper small amount of rice noodles. Top with your favorite ingredients such as cooked shrimp, cooked and minced pork, sliced cucumbers, carrots, avocados or Mung beans or small romaine lettuce leaves. Take wrapper and roll up like a burrito. Repeat. Make about 2 to 4 per person.
