Pasta Shells Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 pkg. jumbo pasta shells, cooked
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix spinach, Mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, egg white, Parmesan cheese and nutmeg.
    Fill each shell with a heaping tablespoonful of spinach mixture.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Spoon spaghetti sauce over shells.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
