Jeannie'S Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. (16 oz.) sour cream
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Defrost potatoes.
    Combine with onion, salt and pepper, cream of chicken soup, sour cream and Cheddar cheese.
    Add melted butter last.
    Place in buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
