Amish Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk, scalded
1 1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine the milk and butter until melted (let cool).
Combine the eggs, sugar, salt and nutmeg.
Beat at medium speed.
Pour over bread and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
(Use oblong pan.)
