Ricotta Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box yellow or chocolate cake mix
2 lb. Ricotta cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Prepare box of cake mix according to package.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix Ricotta cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Pour over cake mix evenly.
Bake 1 hour or 1 hour and 5 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
