Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. squash/zucchini (summer or yellow)
    1 egg, beaten
    12 soda crackers, crumbled
    1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar or Swiss)
Preparation
    Cook squash in small pieces.
    Mash when done.
    Mix in all ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake in buttered baking dish in a 325\u00b0 oven about 30 minutes, uncovered.
    You may mix the 3 types of squash.
    You may use just Cheddar cheese or add the Swiss.
