Macaroons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. nutmeats, chopped fine
2 c. cornflakes
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar, nuts, coconut, vanilla and flour.
Beat gently after each addition only for a few seconds.
Mix in cornflakes, gently folding by hand.
Let stand for 5 minutes. Drop by small tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
