Sun-Dried Tomato Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil)
    4 cloves garlic
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. capers
    1 baguette
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    coarse salt
Preparation
    Drain tomatoes, reserving oil.
    Julienne tomatoes.
    Mince 3 cloves of garlic and saute with onion in 2 tablespoons reserved oil until soft.
    Stir in tomatoes and continue cooking until mixture is uniform in color, about 2 minutes.
    Add sugar and season with salt to taste.
    Remove from heat and stir in capers.
