Buster Bar Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Oreo cookies, frozen and crushed
    1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2/3 c. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put crushed Oreos and butter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread ice cream on top and sprinkle with peanuts.
    Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan and boil for 8 minutes.
    Cool.
    Pour over peanuts and freeze.
