Quick Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. warm water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 envelope dry yeast
1 beaten egg
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Using a liquid measuring cup, dissolve yeast in 1 1/2 cups warm water.
Combine flour, salt and sugar in large bowl and mix well.
Add the yeast and water mixture and mix well.
