Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
2 broiler frying chickens, quartered
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
celery leaves for garnish
Preparation

In small bowl, combine garlic and salt; rub with garlic mixture on grill rack.
Place chicken, skin side down, directly above medium coals.
Grill, uncovered, 1 hour or until tender; brush with barbecue sauce and serve.
