Texas Hot Dog Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. hot dogs, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 large or 4 small cans chili (with or without beans)
2 Tbsp. relish
salt and pepper to taste
3 doz. buns

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients (except buns) in large bowl.
Spoon into buns; wrap in foil.
Heat in oven for 25 minutes.
