Zucchini Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. baking cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
2 c. grated zucchini
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt and set aside.
Cream butter, oil and sugar in mixing bowl until light and fluffy, using electric beater at medium speed.
Beat eggs in one at a time. Blend in vanilla and dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk to creamed mixture, beating well after each addition.
Stir in zucchini.
Pour in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle with chips and nuts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
