Whole Wheat Sweet Potato Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. cooked sweet potato, boiled or baked
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. plain white flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together at medium speed. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
Serve hot with butter.
