Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beat light and fluffy
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. shredded or cooked zucchini
3 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Combine and stir all ingredients and put in greased pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Makes 2 loaves.
