Rotel Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 (16 oz.) vermicelli spaghetti
    1 medium box Velveeta cheese (16 oz.)
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 stick margarine
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped fine
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    2 stalks celery, chopped fine
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Boil chicken. Pick off bones and set aside.
    Saute pepper, onion, celery and mushrooms in margarine. Cook spaghetti, drain and stir in Velveeta cheese while hot. Stir until melted. Add sauteed onion, pepper, celery and mushrooms to spaghetti and cheese mix.
    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and chicken.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for about 15 to 25 minutes until hot enough.
