Ham And Egg Ring(Nice Dish For A Brunch) - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. finely chopped cooked ham (10 oz.)
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
14 large eggs
2 pkg. mushrooms, cleaned and quartered
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 (9 oz.) pkg. Hollandaise Sauce mix
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In bowl, toss ham with parsley and 1/8 teaspoon pepper; set aside.
Grease 6-cup ring mold with cooking spray.
Break 6 eggs into mold.
Spoon ham mixture over eggs; break remaining eggs over ham.
With cooking spray, crease piece of aluminum foil; arrange over mold.
Place mold in roasting pan. Pour hot water in pan to come halfway up side of mold.
Bake egg ring 45 minutes until set.
